About Gisela Raab Morgan

Gisela Raab Morgan is a manager at the corporate M&A legal practice of Deloitte Legal in the Canary Islands. She has more than 12 years of experience advising clients in M&A, and, in the course of her professional career to date, she has participated in and co-ordinated commercial advisory projects providing legal advice to Spanish and foreign clients of various types on commercial restructurings, commercial contracts, processes of due diligence, sales and leasing of aircraft and commercial contracts, companies’ secretarial services, and conflict of partners. Gisela has a Master’s degree in Air Transport Managemet MCS from UDIMA and ITAérea Aeronautical Business School. She is a member of the Las Palmas Bar Association.
