About Ignacio Echenagusia

Ignacio Echenagusia is a partner in the Corporate/M&A practice of Deloitte Legal in Madrid. He has advised for over 25 years on M&A, financing and PE transactions. Ignacio advises both local and foreign clients on acquisitions and sale processes in a wide range of industries. His professional experience encompasses advising on financing deals, acting for either lenders or borrowers. He has also advised on corporate and debt restructuring transactions. Ignacio holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas and is a guest professor on Master Programmes at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Ignacio is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
