About Ignacio Sanjurjo

Ignacio Sanjurjo leads the Corporate/M&A practice at Deloitte Legal. He has advised for over 31 years on corporate/M&A matters. Ignacio advises both local and foreign corporate and PE players on acquisitions and sale processes in a wide range of industries. He also practises in M&A in special situations, company law, corporate governance matters, business reorganisations and commercial collaboration agreements (including franchise and distribution agreements), providing legal advice to Spanish and international groups. Ignacio holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitat de Barcelona and a Master’s in Tax Consultancy and Management from ESADE Business School. He is a lecturer in Corporate Law at ESADE and a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
