About Jorge Prada

Jorge Prada has recently been promoted to the position of senior associate within the M&A Deloitte Legal team. His expertise lies in handling both national and cross-border M&A transactions, managing due diligence processes, preparing essential legal documentation, and providing advisory services on private equity deals, including SPAs, SHAs, and management incentive plans, among others. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a Master of International Business Law from ESADE and an LLM from ESADE. He is member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
