About Javier Valdés

Javier Valdés is a senior associate in the corporate/M&A practice of Deloitte Legal in Madrid. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate and M&A matters, providing ongoing support across all stages of domestic and cross-border transactions. His experience includes legal due diligence and drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, shareholders’ agreements and other key transactional documents. Javier also assists with corporate restructurings, corporate housekeeping and the preparation of commercial agreements. He holds a law degree and a master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession, specialising in Business Law, from Universidad Pontificia Comillas. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
