About Lluca Compte Llopis

Lluca Compte Llopis is a manager at the corporate M&A legal practice of Deloitte Legal in Palma de Mallorca. Over her 13-year career, she has participated in and co-ordinated large M&A projects, including due diligence, preparation and negotiation of corporate contracts, SPAs, investment agreements, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and guarantee contracts, as well as large real estate transactions involving international investors and private equity funds. She is specialised in tourism law and the THS sector (tourism, hospitality and services). Lluca has a postgraduate degree in German Law (“Gruntkenntisse Recht im dem Deutschen Recht”) from the Humboldt University of Berlin. She is a member of the Palma de Mallorca Bar Association.
