About Miguel Salvide

Miguel Salvide is a senior associate in the Corporate/M&A practice of Deloitte Legal in Madrid. Miguel has advised for over seven years on all matters related to the corporate/M&A, including due diligence processes, SPAs, SHAs and investment agreements. Miguel has also taken part in international changes of corporate address, spin-offs and mergers between companies (national and international), and has been involved in a variety of projects relating to corporate governance of listed companies. Miguel holds a degree in Law from Universidad Pública de Navarra, a double Master’s degree in Commercial Law from Universidad de Navarra and an MBA from the University of Salamanca. Miguel is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
