About Natalia Tévar

Natalia Tévar is a senior associate in Deloitte Legal’s restructuring and insolvency department, and part of the firm’s corporate/M&A practice. She has experience of advising in insolvency proceedings, representing insolvent debtors and creditors, and assisting with the sale of productive units within insolvency frameworks. Natalia also has extensive experience in advising debtors and creditors in restructuring plans. Natalia holds a law degree from the Universidad de Valencia, a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession, specialising in Business Law, from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, and a specialisation in Corporate Restructuring in Insolvency Situations from Universidad Cardenal Cisneros. She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and Women in a Legal World, where she participates in the Restructuring and Insolvency Committee.
