About Frieda Garcia

Frieda Garcia is the managing partner of BAL. Frieda provides guidance on global immigration initiatives, the development and implementation of best-in-class global programmes and advice regarding requirements within various jurisdictions. She engages with clients, evaluating practices in light of industry trends and changing government adjudication standards. Frieda keeps a strong focus on delivering client service tailored to each client’s specific culture. She manages some of the largest immigration programmes in the technology, finance and travel service industries. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and is admitted to the State Bar of California.
