About Kelli Duehning

Kelli Duehning is a partner in BAL’s San Francisco office, joining the firm after a 17-year career with the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Department of Justice. Prior to BAL, Kelli managed the Western Law Division of USCIS and was responsible for developing and co-ordinating all legal strategies in the western United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and offices in the Asia Pacific District. Kelli helps lead BAL’s Government Strategies team and advises on I-9 compliance issues. She received her Juris Doctor from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
