About Martin Rott

Martin Rott is an associate at HAVEL & PARTNERS, specialising in competition law, pharmaceutical law and regulation. In competition law, he advises on cartels, abuse of dominance, merger clearance and foreign investment control. He represents companies in proceedings before the Czech competition authority, administrative courts and the European Commission. In pharmaceutical law, Martin focuses on issues related to the distribution of medicinal products and devices, pricing and reimbursement regulation. He also advises pharma manufacturers on competition issues regarding their intended projects, including issues related to dominance, setting up distribution models and assessing bonus schemes. Martin is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
