About Elizabeth Montano

Elizabeth Montano is a senior associate at Kurzban, Kurzban, Tetzeli & Pratt, P.A. She received her B.A. from the University of Central Florida and her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the University of Miami Law Review. She focuses on complex matters across the full spectrum of US immigration law in cases before federal courts and immigration courts, USCIS and the Department of State. She served as an Adjunct Professor with the University of Miami School of Law’s Immigration Clinic, and her published scholarship has been cited by multiple federal courts.
