About John Patrick Pratt

John Patrick Pratt is an equity partner at Kurzban, Kurzban, Tetzeli & Pratt, P.A. He received his B.A. from Florida State University and his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law. John practises in all areas of US immigration law, including all immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, removal defence and federal litigation. He is widely recognised for his expertise in EB-5 investment matters, denaturalisation, and habeas and bond proceedings. He regularly appears on local, national and international television as a commentator, and has been Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Florida Bar since 2005.
