is a senior associate at Reindorf Chambers in Ghana. She has provided legal advice on diverse issues of Ghanaian law in areas including dispute resolution, corporate/commercial law, telecommunications and intellectual property law. Matilda holds Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Ghana. She subsequently obtained a Masters in Law from the University of Pennsylvania. She was admitted to the Ghana Bar in 2009. In 2010, she was seconded on the International Lawyers for Africa (ILFA) programme for a 3-month internship with the UK firm of Allen & Overy in London. She is a member of the Ghana Bar and the International Council for Commercial Arbitration.
