About Kate Clissold
Kate Clissold
is a family lawyer in Lander & Rogers’ Sydney office. She works across a range of parenting and financial matters with notable experience in complex parenting disputes, including applications for special medical procedures. She has a particular interest in international family law, having held litigation roles in both London and Sydney. Kate completed elective studies in International Law and Human Rights at Masaryk University, Czech Republic and her knowledge of psychology and human rights law enhances her client focus in family law matters. Kate co-authored “Gender determination ‒ the Tavistock decision and its implications”, a paper on gender dysphoria for presentation at the 8th World Congress on Family Law and Children’s Rights.
