Maria Lethel C Alburo-Mejia is a senior partner of Puno Law, specialising in energy, project development, infrastructure, public-private partnership, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms Alburo-Mejia represents both private and government sponsors in relation to the development of power and infrastructure projects, including public-private partnerships in the energy, water and transportation sectors. She has extensive experience in development and construction-related contracts, including engineering, procurement and construction contracts, “early contractor involvement” contracts, long-term service agreements, and operations and maintenance contracts, representing both project owners and contractors.
