Maria Lethel C. Alburo-Mejia is a senior partner of Puno Law and co-heads its energy practice. She has over 20 years’ in-depth experience of the Philippine power market, having advised on projects with a combined capacity of roughly 10 GW across various stages, including pre-development, engineering, procurement and construction, financing, operation and maintenance, regulatory compliance and policy development. She advises local developers, infrastructure funds and financing institutions, as well as international law firms and technical and financial advisers.
