About Eddee Ng

Eddee Ng is joint managing partner at TKQP, described by clients as “‘impressive” and someone who “clearly knows his way around the Singapore courts”. Eddee has been engaged in some of the most significant cross-border insolvency and restructuring matters in Singapore. Key highlights include the judicial management of well-known water-treatment company, Hyflux Ltd; the restructuring of Asia Pulp & Paper; and the application of a scheme of arrangement for Drydocks group of companies (subsidiaries of Dubai Ports World). Eddee has also acted for international clientele in a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial litigation. Eddee was recently recognised as a Fellow of INSOL International after successfully completing the rigorous Global Insolvency Practice Course.
