About Filipe Fonteles Cabral

Filipe Fonteles Cabral is a lawyer and partner at Dannemann Siemsen with 30 years of practice and a PhD from Rio de Janeiro State University. His practice focuses on law and technology. Filipe is the author of the book “Personal Data Protection in Corporate Activities” (2019), and of a thesis on AI invention authorship (2025). He is chair of the Technology Committee at the Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI; 2024–25) and vice-chair of the Data Protection Committee at the International Trademark Association (INTA; 2024–25).
