About Nicolin Assogba

Nicolin Assogba is a partner at SCPA D2A and a member of the Benin Bar (since 2011). He holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in fundamental private law and a university diploma in insolvency and business-recovery law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and has more than 15 years' advisory and litigation experience. His practice covers OHADA company law and corporate governance, banking and finance law, share portage arrangements, shareholder disputes and arbitration. He is an arbitrator with the CIAM in Lomé and the CAMeC-CCIB, serving as a director of the International Conference of Bars of Common Legal Tradition. He authored the Benin Banking & Finance guide for Chambers (2019 and 2020).
