About Chadi Safieddine

Chadi Safieddine joined SCP Houda & Associés in December 2021 as legal counsel in corporate law. He works on matters related to company audits, capital raises, mergers, de-mergers and partial contributions of assets, sales of companies (up to closing), and company dissolutions/liquidations. Chadi has also been in charge of drafting legal opinions and legal consultations for legal advisory assignments, and assists the team on litigation procedures.
