Chadi Safieddine joined Houda Law Firm in 2021 and works as a senior legal counsel. Chadi previously worked for a firm specialised in business law and for an accounting firm where he was responsible for management of the legal department in direct link with the firm’s accountants. At Houda Law Firm, he has gained experience in the field of corporate law, and has been involved projects involving company audits, capital increases, M&A and partial transfers of assets, company sales (up to closing), and dissolutions/liquidations.
