About Chadi Safieddine

Chadi Safieddine joined the team where he works as a corporate legal counsel. He has accumulated experience in the field of corporate law and has been involved in the realisation of missions of company audit, increase of share capital, mergers, demergers and partial contribution of assets, sale of companies (up to closing), and dissolution/liquidation of companies. He has also been in charge of drafting legal opinions and legal consultations in the context of legal advisory missions. Prior to joining the firm, Chadi worked as a legal counsel in a law firm specialised in business law and in an accounting firm.
