About Chadi Safieddin

Chadi Safieddin joined SCP Houda & Associés in December 2021, where he works as a corporate legal counsel. He has accumulated experience in the field of corporate law and has been involved in the realisation of missions of company audit, increase of share capital, mergers, demergers and partial contribution of assets, sale of companies (up to closing), dissolution/liquidation of companies. He has also been in charge of drafting legal opinions and legal consultations in the context of legal advisory missions and assists the team in the context of litigation procedures.
