About Chadi Safieddine

Chadi Safieddine joined Houda Law Firm in December 2021, where he works as corporate senior legal counsel. Chadi previously worked in a law firm specialised in business law and in an accounting firm where he managed the legal department. Within Houda Law Firm, he has accumulated experience in the field of corporate law and has been successfully involved in company audits, increasing share capital, mergers, demergers and partial contribution of assets, the sale of companies (up to closing), and the dissolution/liquidation of companies. He has also been in charge of drafting legal opinions and legal consultations in the context of legal advisory missions and assists the team in litigation procedures.
