About Andy Lionel Biaou

Andy Lionel Biaou is the current managing partner of Houda Law Firm in Abidjan. Prior to joining Houda, Andy gained more than 13 years’ experience as a lawyer with law firms in Côte d’Ivoire. Over the years, he has acquired solid skills in business law and litigation in Abidjan. Andy regularly advises on administrative contracts (public procurement and PPP), company law, foreign exchange regulations, commercial law, employment law, consultancy, legal opinions, insolvency proceedings, banking and insurance, due diligence, telecommunications, personal data processing and energy.
