Andy Lionel Biaou is a member of the Côte d’Ivoire Bar and managing partner of Houda Law Firm. He has over ten years of experience as a legal counsel and attorney with leading law firms in Abidjan, including KSK and FDKA. He has developed strong expertise in business law and litigation, and regularly advises clients on administrative contracts (public procurement and PPPs), corporate law, commercial law, labour law and foreign exchange regulations. His practice also covers insolvency proceedings, banking and insurance, due diligence, telecommunications, data protection and the energy sector.
