About Désiré Soro

Désiré Soro is an attorney admitted to the Bar of Côte d’Ivoire and serves as a senior associate at Houda Law Firm in Abidjan. Previously admitted to the Paris Bar, he gained experience at Lexways Law Firm before joining Houda. His practice spans corporate and commercial law, labour law, competition, banking and insurance, due diligence and cross-border financing. He regularly advises companies and financial institutions on regulatory and transactional matters, with a strong focus on OHADA law and the West African region. Désiré also handles legal opinions, collective proceedings, and complex cross-border issues involving regional and international stakeholders.
