About Franck Olivier Allessie

Franck Olivier Allessie is a senior legal counsel and holds a PhD in Law and Political Science. Franck focuses on public procurement agreements and PPP, energy, infrastructure, telecoms, aviation, financing and project development in Africa. He has been advising for more than five years to date on strategic and complex issues in various sectors, in particular, project finance, large concessions and cross-border investments on behalf of governments, multilaterals, lenders and private investors and institutions. Franck is a member of several associations and has participated in the editing of several publications and reports for the development of structuring projects on the African continent.
