About Haby Dada Mballo

Haby Dada Mballo has been working as a legal counsel at SCP Houda & Associés since February 2020 and has held the position of senior legal counsel since 2022. She mainly focuses on labour and immigration law, civil and commercial law, as well as mining and energy law, with particular expertise in employment-related litigation (pre-disciplinary, contentious procedures) and debt recovery. In addition, she was seconded to an industrial company for six months, during which time she was in charge of the legal and human resources departments, thereby strengthening her operational understanding of labour law and professional relations.
