About Marie Laure Haroun

Marie Laure Haroun has been a member of SCP Houda & Associés since 2021, where she works as a senior legal counsel. She has gained experience in business law and has participated in regulatory assignments, in particular in the areas of intellectual property/personal data protection, mining, oil and gas, maritime law, the environment, construction and hospitality. She assists the team with mergers and acquisitions and legal advisory assignments, and with litigation proceedings entrusted to the firm. Before joining the firm, Marie Laure practised as a lawyer with an international organisation and then with another law firm.
