About Sarah Lu Shijiao

Sarah Lu Shijiao graduated from the Intellectual Property School of East China University of Political Science and Law. Since joining AllBright Law Offices in 2013, her practice has focused on intellectual property litigation related to trademarks, unfair competition, trade secrets, and technology contracts, as well as non-contentious intellectual property matters. She has represented companies such as ASR Microelectronics, ModelingTech and North Valley Research in numerous civil trade secret cases. Sarah has served as legal counsel for institutions such as the Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology at the Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the China Europe International Business School and Shanghai International Resort Operation Management Co., Ltd.
