About Daniela Manolea

Daniela Manolea is a managing associate within the tech law and data protection practice group of Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații. Her practice focuses on digital services, data protection, AI, crypto-assets, and cybersecurity and she has extensive experience in GDPR compliance projects, data governance frameworks, international data transfers, DPIAs, and incident response, as well as in advising on regulatory investigations and high-risk processing activities. She also assists clients with the implementation and governance of AI systems, and with regulatory qualification and compliance aspects related to crypto-assets and blockchain initiatives. Her work further includes advising on digital platform regulation, ICT outsourcing, operational resilience, and cybersecurity obligations.
