About Ramona Chițu

Ramona Chițu is a tax partner with Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații Tax. She has previously worked with Deloitte and as a tax manager for another multinational company, and has more than 18 years of experience. Ramona manages the direct tax practice of Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații Tax, by co-ordinating projects in many areas, including M&A, tax litigations on corporate and individual tax, and tax reviews. She has been a speaker in various conferences and seminars, and is the author of professional articles published in specialised magazines and media. Ramona is a certified tax consultant, a chartered accountant, and holds a master’s degree in finance and accounting.
