About Andreea Cărare

Andreea Cărare is a senior associate in Wolf Theiss’s Bucharest corporate M&A team. Andreea has approximately 15 years of expertise, specialising in corporate M&A, commercial and real estate, and regulatory compliance. Her expertise includes M&A deals (both sell and buy side), joint venture agreements, corporate restructurings, due diligence exercises, transaction structuring, assisting clients on regulatory and corporate matters, and commercial practices, as well as drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts. She is highly skilled in co-ordinating large-scale transactions, being a thorough, knowledgeable and business-minded lawyer according to clients. Andreea has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2011 and holds an LLB from the University of Bucharest Law School (2011).
