About Delia Dumitrescu

Delia Dumitrescu is a senior associate at Wolf Theiss and part of the Bucharest corporate/M&A team. She specialises in M&A, corporate, commercial and regulatory compliance, with extensive experience supporting domestic and international clients in multidisciplinary projects including cross-border deals, while also providing strategic guidance for day-to-day business operations. She covers the full life cycle of M&A transactions, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction instruments, post-closing integration and governance restructuring. Before joining Wolf Theiss, Delia gained experience at a top international law firm and two Romanian law firms. A member of the Bucharest Bar since 2018, she graduated from the University of Bucharest with an LLM in Private Law.
