About Ian Kim

Ian Kim is a senior associate in the financial and corporate disputes practice group at Jipyong LLC. She specialises in complex commercial and financial litigation, with a focus on capital markets, bank guarantees and liability arising from the sale of derivative-linked financial products. She also advises on and represents clients in disputes involving convertible bond (CB) transactions, as well as corporate governance and shareholder activism matters. She is a co-author of the Financial Consumer Protection Act Commentary and holds an LLB and JD from Seoul National University.
