About Jun Hee Kwon

Jun Hee Kwon is a senior associate in the financial and corporate disputes practice group and the Corporate Control Dispute Center at Jipyong LLC. He specialises in high-stakes corporate governance and shareholder activism disputes, having handled some of Korea’s most significant control battles, including the KRW3 billion Hanmi Pharmaceutical Group case. He is a co-author of Corporate Control and Law Practice (2024), a definitive guide for practitioners in the field. Jun Hee holds a BA in Political Science and a JD from Seoul National University and previously served at the National Assembly Research Service.
