About Minhyun Cho

Minhyun Cho is a partner in the financial and corporate disputes practice group at Jipyong LLC. He focuses on financial litigation, capital markets disputes, shareholder activism and management control disputes. A certified public accountant with prior experience at Samil PwC, he brings both legal and accounting perspectives to complex financial and corporate matters. He is a co-author of the Financial Consumer Protection Act Commentary and contributed to the publication of the Corporate Control Law Practice manual. He holds a BA in Business Administration, a JD and an EMBA from Seoul National University.
