About Harlène Ngalula

Harlène Ngalula joined Kalamba & Associés in 2014 and now works as its co-ordinator, with proven experience in business law. She advises both national and international clients on legal matters including OHADA corporate law, DRC mining law and labour law. Her expertise includes the negotiation of loan contracts; the drafting of legal proceedings, and the preparation and presentation of pleadings; representation, assistance and the provision of legal opinion on different matters; and debt recovery according to OHADA law procedures. Harlène is involved in a project regarding the fight against corruption in the Congolese judicial system, and in other projects related to the empowerment of women.
