Emma Parduyns
is a member of the international tax services practice group and of the transfer pricing team in Loyens & Loeff’s Brussels office. She advises on matters related to national and international corporate tax law, and developed a keen interest in transfer pricing by advising clients on financial and operational transactions. Her counsel work includes strategic advice, negotiations with tax authorities, compliance with documentation obligations and dispute resolution.
