About David Freylikhman

David Freylikhman is a real estate and corporate shareholder and focuses his practice on all aspects of transactional real estate, including the purchase, sale, leasing, developing and financing of commercial properties. His practice covers the full range of real estate assets, including multi-family, office, retail, hotels, and mixed-use developments. David represents lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, family offices and businesses of all sizes in connection with legal strategy, fund-raising, financing, acquisitions, dispositions, strategic alliances, licensings, and corporate control matters. David is also an adjunct professor of law with New York Law School teaching Drafting: Corporate Documents and Commercial Finance.
