His practice covers the full range of real estate assets, including multi-family, office, retail, hotels, and mixed-use developments. David represents lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, family offices and businesses of all sizes in connection with legal strategy, fund-raising, financing, acquisitions, dispositions, strategic alliances, licensings, and corporate control matters. David is also an adjunct professor of law with New York Law School teaching Drafting: Corporate Documents and Commercial Finance.
