About Björn Johansson Heigis

Björn Johansson Heigis is a partner and head of Roschier’s data protection, digitalisation and TMT and outsourcing practices in Sweden. He is specialised in IT, dispute resolution, ICT and IP transactions, as well as data protection and licensing. He has extensive experience in providing pre-investigation advisory services, including setting up internal whistle-blowing hotlines compliant with data protection rules, and assists clients with investigations, internal audits and disputes relating to GDPR and other areas. He also assists clients in regulatory risk assessments and with building compliance programmes. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
