About Jenny Welander Wadström

Jenny Welander Wadström is a partner and head of Roschier’s employment practice and corporate investigations and compliance practice in Sweden. She has extensive experience assisting clients in internal investigations into alleged workplace harassment, inappropriate behaviour and other workplace-related non-compliance, and in handling employee relations following internal investigations, including subsequent litigation. She is experienced in assisting clients in investigations initiated by reports through internal whistle-blowing or ethics hotlines, and she regularly assists companies in setting up whistle-blowing channels in a compliant manner. She is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
