Cristina Massa Sánchez
is a partner at the firm and specialises in antitrust and competition matters. She has 20 years of experience in Mexico and abroad, both in the public and private sectors, in areas ranging from corporate transactions and capital markets, to economic and administrative law, including antitrust. She counsels and represents major public and private companies and investment funds participating in the Mexican market. Her experience includes handling merger control procedures, the design and implementation of strategy, compliance and training programmes for major companies, lobbying, and advising and representing clients in investigation proceedings.
