Throughout his career, Mario has specialised in M&A, capital markets, banking and finance, and fintech. He has provided advisory services to both domestic and international clients. Additionally, he worked as a lawyer in Frankfurt, focusing on M&A transactions in distressed situations. In the fintech and venture capital sector, Mario was the General Counsel of one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in Mexico, leading all legal and compliance operations.
