A specialist in taxation law, David’s experience covers the complete range of transfer pricing work. He has resolved transfer pricing audit disputes and the implementation of advance pricing arrangements (APAs) for companies in sectors including the automotive, pharmaceutical, software, hi-tech, telecoms, clothing, banking and finance sectors. In addition, David is the general editor of two reference books on transfer pricing. Each edition provides a country-by-country overview of transfer pricing policies and practices in dozens of countries. David has received numerous national and international awards.
