About Matthew G. White

Matthew G. White is a shareholder in Baker Donelson’s Memphis office and co-chair of the firm’s Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Team. He advises highly regulated organisations on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and data privacy, with a particular focus on AI governance, compliance, and risk management. Matt regularly counsels clients on generative AI, machine learning, AI policies, contracting, and regulatory strategy, and is frequently engaged in incident response and enforcement matters. He holds multiple privacy and AI certifications, including Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP).
