Matt Zorn is a partner at Yetter Coleman LLP in Houston, focusing on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property, antitrust, and regulatory matters. He has represented clients in antitrust cases involving monopolisation, price-fixing, and other anti-competitive practices. Matt has also been at the forefront of litigation related to cannabis and drug policy, challenging government regulations. His IP experience includes obtaining a complete defence victory for a client in a patent infringement case involving coiled tubing products and representing plaintiffs in a contract dispute with a large patent aggregator.
