About Thomas Nebel

Thomas Nebel is a partner in Dentons’ Düsseldorf office and co-head of the German dispute resolution practice. He specialises in domestic and cross-border commercial and civil law disputes, and represents clients in out-of-court settlements, in litigation before state courts and in arbitration. Thomas has a particular focus on construction disputes, corporate disputes and contentious insolvency. He also advises on planning and implementing major projects, and on drafting commercial contracts. He has deep legal and technical expertise in the energy (conventional and renewable energy as well as transmission systems), infrastructure (railways, roads, aviation), construction, automotive and industrial sectors.
