About Alejandro Dominguez Becerra

Alejandro Dominguez Becerra is a partner in the CMS Luxembourg tax practice. He advises real estate and private equity funds on tax structuring and leads mandates involving securitisation and project financing. Alejandro also assists financial institutions with exchange of information matters (FATCA/CRS and DAC6), and regularly advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals on cross-border tax planning and wealth structuring. Prior to joining CMS, he worked as in-house counsel for a French insurance group and an international law firm, and has lectured on tax in Luxembourg and Colombia.
