About Frédéric Feyten

Frédéric Feyten is a partner at CMS and heads the Luxembourg tax practice group. Frédéric focuses on Luxembourg and international taxation, M&A, financial products, structured finance and securitisation. Having advised international corporate clients, investment banks, financial institutions and private equity firms, he has extensive advisory experience in direct and indirect taxation, international tax planning and structuring cross-border transactions through Luxembourg.
