About Daima Vuilleumier

Daima Vuilleumier is a member of the corporate and M&A practice group of the firm. She is specialised in transactions (including mergers and acquisitions), financing rounds in the context of venture capital and private equity, restructuring, corporate governance, ESG regulations, and contract law. Daima also regularly assists international clients with the establishment of a presence in Switzerland. In these fields, she regularly advises Swiss and international clients, such as privately held and listed companies as well as entrepreneurs, board members, shareholders and investors.
